Ofer Ben-Shachar

Mr. Ben-Shachar was an early member of Teknekron Software Systems. He founded Software Xcellence in 1990, a software consulting firm. His list of clients included Silicon Graphics, Digital Equipment Corporation, Santa Cruz Operations and Lawrence Berkeley Laboratories. Mr. Ben-Shachar received a B.S. in Math and Computer Science from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a M.S. in Computer Science from Washington State University.

Zack Rinat

President and CEO, Co-Founder

Mr. Rinat has held senior management positions in Operations, Marketing and Engineering at Silicon Graphics and Advanced Technology Israel. At Silicon Graphics, Zack founded the Innovative Quality Partnerships Department. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and a M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Doron Sherman

Chief Scientist, Co-Founder

Mr. Sherman has diverse engineering and science experience in the Israel Defense Forces' Intelligence, EFI (Electronic For Imaging) and Hewlett Packard. He has developed several breakthrough technologies in image processing and has several patents pending. Mr. Sherman holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics and a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Nancy E. Colwell

Ms. Colwell has worked in the application development/database technology arena for over twenty years. She has held senior management positions in major high technology firms including Hewlett-Packard Company and Sun Microsystems Inc. At Sun, Nancy built and managed the Commercial Tools and Technologies market development organization, formulating the basis for Sun's push into the commercial market.

Russ Harris

Mr. Harris has ten years operations experience including roles directing Information Technology, Materials Management, and customer support organizations for Silicon Graphics, Unisys, and Convergent Technologies. Russ has recent experience delivering innovative on-line services through the world-wide web and world-class training programs for high-end applications. Mr. Harris holds a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Nanda Kishore

Mr. Kishore has held senior management positions in Engineering at Informix Software. At Informix, Mr. Kishore was responsible for the successful delivery of Informix NewEra and several other products. Prior to Informix, Nanda worked in field of Artificial Intelligence and developed several AI systems. He received a B.S. from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and graduate degrees from Cornell University and Louisiana State University.

Pam Reilly

Ms. Reilly has fourteen years of experience in sales and marketing positions in high technology firms including IBM, Lotus, and Oracle. Most recently, Ms. Reilly ran the Western part of the U.S. for Progress Software for five years. Ms. Reilly holds a B.BA in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
